OUR CAPABILITIES

 Pipe spool fabrication is the core of our business. USIP fabricates high-quality, ready-to-install pipe spools in carbon steel, stainless steel, chrome, and specialty alloys. 

 USIP manufactures large and small-bore containment and jacketed pipe systems. Outer jackets can be used for heating or cooling fluids, process temperature control, or as a safety barrier around the inner process pipe. 

 USIP provides precision pipe bending, including 3D and 5D radius bends. We offer both single and compound bends to meet a wide range of project requirements. 

 Our pressure vessel shop is 15,000 sq. ft. with high ceilings and heavy-duty material handling, allowing us to handle large vessel fabrication. 

 We provide supports, specialty items, nuts, bolts, and gaskets as complete installation packages. 

 USIP has multiple shops capable of accommodating large rack modules and skid fabrication.  

 We provide structural steel, angle iron, W-beams, tube steel, sway struts, U-bolts, and other pipe support and hanger components. 

 USIP offers a wide variety of coating and surface preparation services, including ID/OD sandblasting, painting, and specialty coatings. Inspections are performed by our in-house NACE CIP Level 2 inspector. 

 Our Spool Tracking System allows customers to monitor spool fabrication progress online through barcode tracking. The system provides project status updates and can extend tracking visibility to the jobsite.
